General
Tasselle is based in Sweden. By placing an order in our online store, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
We may update these terms from time to time. Swedish law applies to all purchases, regardless of the customer’s location.
Orders
When you complete a purchase, a binding agreement is formed between you and Tasselle.
You will receive an order confirmation by email. If you have not received it within 24 hours, please contact support@tasselle.se
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or technical errors.
Products & Production
Most of our products are made to order. This means your item is produced specifically for you after the order is placed.
We do our best to display products and colors accurately. Minor variations can occur due to device settings, screen calibration, printing/production tolerances, or supplier updates.
Product descriptions may be updated without prior notice. We may discontinue products or limit quantities by customer, region, or jurisdiction.
Prices, Taxes & Duties
Prices are shown in SEK for EU customers and may be shown in other local currencies depending on your location.
EU orders include VAT according to local rules.
For orders outside the EU, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply upon delivery. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and adjust prices at any time. The price at checkout and on your order confirmation applies.
Payment
We accept the payment methods available at checkout (e.g., Shopify Payments, card payments, Klarna, PayPal— availability varies by market).
Your order is processed once payment has been received and authorized. Please review your order carefully before submitting; cancellations may not be possible after acceptance.
If we cannot accept, modify, or must cancel your order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact details provided at checkout.
Purchases can only be returned or exchanged according to our Return & Refund Policy.
You confirm your purchase is for personal/household use and not for resale or export.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship to multiple countries.
Lead times depend on product type, stock, and destination. Typical time frames are shown on our Shipping page; during peak seasons or international shipments, delivery may take longer.
Any customs clearance delays are outside our control. Title and risk pass to you when the order is handed over to the carrier.
Right of Withdrawal & Returns
For EU customers, a 14-day right of withdrawal applies to non-personalized products in accordance with EU distance selling rules.
Personalized or custom-made items (e.g., name, photo, custom design) are non-returnable unless defective.
For customers outside the EU, returns are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy, subject to local laws.

Claims & Defects
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at support@tasselle.com with a description and photo(s).
We follow applicable EU consumer protection rules and the Swedish Consumer Purchase Act for claims.
Personal Data
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the GDPR. Please review the policy for details on what we collect, why, and your rights.
Liability & Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., carrier delays, strikes, pandemics, natural disasters, customs procedures, or supplier issues).
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
Governing Law & Disputes
These terms are governed by Swedish law.
Within Sweden, we follow decisions by the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
International customers should contact our customer support first so we can try to resolve the matter promptly and fairly.
