Return & Refund Policy
Right of Withdrawal
Because many of our products are made to order, special terms apply to your right of withdrawal.
According to EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order — provided the item is not custom-made or personalized (for example, products with a custom design, name, or photo).
For standard, non-personalized products, full right of withdrawal applies as required by law.
How to return
If you wish to cancel your purchase, please contact us at support@tasselle.se within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returned products must be:
- Unused
- In original condition
- Properly packaged
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we receive and approve your return, we will process your refund within 14 days, using the same payment method you used at checkout.
Claims & Defects
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us as soon as possible at support@tasselle.com with a description and a photo of the issue.
We comply with EU Consumer Rights Directive and Swedish Consumer Purchase Act regarding claims.
Exceptions
The following items are non-returnable:
- Personalized or custom-made products (including custom text, images, or designs)
- Digital downloads
